The Perrino Family has been building homes in the Cleveland area for over 35 years. The Perrino brand has become well known and associated with everything luxury - and yet still affordable. As a custom home builder, we began to search for interior furniture and designs that would complement the exterior styles of the homes we were building. We would then stage our model homes - and clients began to fall in love not only with everything on the outside of the home, but the inside as well! Perrino Furniture was born.

Perrino Furniture is an evolution for us. We now put the same style and passion that we use to build our homes into furnishing and decorating them. Our design showroom is like no other furniture store in Cleveland. Pat Perrino

PRESIDENT

Pat has been building and remodeling homes, as well as running a retail business in the Cleveland area for the past 30 years! He was also born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. 

Passionate about building new homes and remodel projects for our clients', and to surpass their expectations.

Involved in NAHB 20 group to gather knowledge and improve his building company by traveling across the United States to other builders' locations to see what does and does not work in the construction business. 

Pat's Mission is to create a home or space that family and friends can enjoy for the rest of their lives. Our projects will stand the test of time from strength, quality, and beauty with all of the energy star comforts to minimize their monthly costs while helping the environment! Pat is Green-certified in construction management.

Car enthusiast, specifically the Mustang and Camaro. Timeless styles with a modern twist, much like Pat’s approach to homebuilding.

Pat has won numerous awards from exterior to interior, best of home, and best remodel.
